We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative at our Troy, MI location.
Prior optical experience preferred|
|Duties:||Customer Service main contact for key account
Inbound/Outbound customer telephone calls
New Data Entry/Processing orders
Job tracking, expediting, and reporting
Process job reports in Lab Management Software (DVI)
|Qualifications:||High school diploma
2-4 years Customer Service related skills
2-3 years Optical knowledge required
ABO certified preferred
Must have professional phone etiquette
Strong computer skills in MS Office Software
Must be able to work OT and Saturdays as required
Must have high stress tolerance for high demanding account
Must be able to write and speak English
